The XTOP 2024 - 15^th Conference of High Resolution X-ray Diffraction and Imaging - will be held in Carry-le-Rouet (France) from 17^th to 22^nd of March 2024.

XTOP is an historical conference, the row starting in 1992 in Marseille, the last one was held in Bari (Italy) in 2018. The main scope of the conference was set already in 1992 to x-ray topography and high resolution diffraction. However, during the time the conference has covered also other related topics like x-ray tomography, phase sensitive scattering, scanning techniques etc.

The first day (March 18, 2024) will be devoted to the companion school with tutorial lectures, aimed (not only) to students.
