How to get to XTOP2024 conference centre.

1. Shuttle service organised by the organising committee:

• Arrival: from the Marseille central railway station “Saint Charles” to the conference centre in Carry Le Rouet:

• Two shuttle buses will depart from the Marseille central railway station “Saint Charles”: one at 4 pm and one at 7 pm on Sunday the 17^th of March.
• One shuttle bus will depart from the Marseille central railway station “Saint Charles” at 6.30 pm on Monday the 18^th of March.
• The buses will wait at the "Square Narvik" in front of the train station, at the bus stop close to the "IBIS Hotel".

• Departure: from the conference centre in Carry Le Rouet to the Marseille central railway station “Saint Charles”:

• Two to three shuttle buses will depart from the conference centre in Carry Le Rouet on Friday the 22^nd of March just after the conference closure. The exact departure time will be confirmed during the conference and we will ask you to confirm your interest upon your arrival at the registration desk.

2. How to reach the Marseille central railway station “Saint Charles”?

• If you arrive by train, you will arrive directly at the central station.
• If you arrive by plane at the “Marseille Provence” airport:

• You can take the airport shuttle to reach Marseille central railway station “Saint Charles”. Information can be found on this webpage: https://www.marseille-airport.com/access-car-parks/access/bus/marseille-st-charles-station. The tickets can be bought online.
• Taxis are also available. The information (booking, fare…) can be found on this page: https://taxis-aeroport.com/?lang=en

3. How to reach the venue of the XTOP2024 conference otherwise?

• The conference will take place at the “Village Club Miléade de Carry Le Rouet”. If you chose the fare including the accommodation, your room will be located at the same place. The address is the following:

• If you arrive by car, please let us know at xtop2024@im2np.fr. We will send you codes to enter the resort and park inside the “Village Club Miléade”.
• If you arrive by train or plane and you cannot take advantage of the shuttle service organised by the conference, you can alternatively:

• Take a taxi from the airport (see above https://taxis-aeroport.com/?lang=en) or take a taxi from the Marseille central railway station “Saint Charles”. If you plan to do so, please, inform us at xtop2024@im2np.fr and we will send you the codes that will allow your cab to enter the resort.

• Take a train from Marseille central railway station “Saint Charles” to Carry Le Rouet train station. However, we would like to point out that it might not be possible to find a taxi at this train station and that it is about 3.5 km from the “Village Club Miléade de Carry-le-Rouet”. Thus, it takes about 50 minutes by foot to reach the conference centre.
