Instruction to presenters

Oral presentations

The duration of the oral presentations are as follows. We ask the speakers to keep sufficient time for discussions.

Tutorials: 45 min presentation + 15 min discussion

Invited talks: 25 min presentation + 5 min discussion

Oral contribution: 12 min presentation + 3 min discussion

We ask all speakers to upload their presentation to the conference computer at least half a day before their talk.

Poster presentations

The viewable size of the poster board is vertical 1.20 m and horizontal 0.90 m. Please prepare your poster in DIN A0 format (841 x 1189 mm).

Authors need to be present at their posters for discussion with attendees during the poster session. Subsequently, it is each author's responsibility to remove his/her poster on the following morning the latest.
